SUGAR PLUM COCKTAIL
- 1 oz Takara Plum Wine
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- Splash of Cava (sparkliing Spanish wine)
- 1 tsp Plum jam
- Combine all Ingredients in shaker glass; add ice and shake.
- Double strain into Coupe NEAT, top with Cava and garnish with a lemon twist.
