In the spirit of all-things comfort food, we’ve added some cozy new favourites to our fall menu.

Among other delicious dishes to try, come taste our Lamb Duo - pairing grilled lamb sirloin and braised lamb belly with chickpea panisse, soy braised Japanese eggplant, and a sweet/savoury plum vinaigrette finish.

When it comes to hospitality, our new top-dog Trevor earned a reputation for excellence during his time at Vancouver’s Joe Fortes, Opus Hotel, and Terminal City Club.

It may have something to do with his well-travelled due diligence, including extensive “research” in western Europe to immerse himself in food and wine.
We’re fortunate and delighted to welcome him as General Manager.

While “uva” is Spanish for grape, “Garnacha” is one of the most widely planted red wine grape varieties in the world. It craves hot, dry conditions like Spain, which is why it’s the country’s signature, sexy red varietal.

We’re spotlighting Spain with Borsao Tres Picos Garnacha 2014 - originating from the Campo de Borja region in north east.

Quintessentially sweet and ripe, the Tres Picos has boundless aromas of cherry and ripe raspberry with a palate full of character and complexity. Silken notes of vanilla bean, blackberries and plums all come together with seamless tannins.
