This cocktail is a delicious treat and crowd pleaser.
 
CHAMOMILE FIZZ
1 ½ oz. vodka
½ oz. St. Germain liqueur
1 oz. chamomile syrup*
1 oz. lemon juice
Splash of cranberry juice
Few drops hibiscus water**
Egg white

  1. Combine all Ingredients into shaker emulsify with a hard, dry shake.
  2. Add ice, shake and strain into Collins glass, on the rocks.
