As an enthusiast and student of wine, I am constantly amazed at the ability of winemakers these days. A lot of “new world” producers impress me with their ability to deliver old world subtleties with the dynamics and appeal of modern style. My belief is that a wine list should cover every style of wine, the primary regions, and the varietals that those regions do particularly well.
I’m also a firm believer in local and sustainable wines and love paying homage to the beautiful products coming out of BC. With the Latin influence on our evolving menus, you will definitely find an array of Mediterranean, Spanish, and South American wines that will also complement our upcoming Crudo menu as well as the pure pleasure of our patio.
